中文摘要 | 臺灣地區的高層建築有如雨後春筍般迅速發展,而臺中都會區的高層建築(大於20 層 ) 截至目前,也已超過一百幢, 累積的規劃及施工經驗亦很可觀,正確的選擇地下室之 施工方法,對於安全及經濟將有重大的影響。本研究首先針對臺中都會區高層建築地下室深 開挖工法進行文獻回顧,對於曾於臺中都會區內採用之工法,加以彙整,並將各個工法之優 缺點及適用之施工條件進行比較;繼而選取傑廣國際金融中心等六個案例,其中包括擋土柱 、逆打、連續壁等擋土工法及一次開挖、分階段等開挖工法,最後將六個案例進行施工法之 比較,再加以討論、分析;提出具體之結論與建議,除可估為未來高層建築地下室深開挖之 參考外,也可進一步提供臺中捷運、地下鐵等公共工程開挖之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Many high-rise buildings have constructed and scattered accross the skyline in Taiwan. the number of tall buildings (higher than 20 stories) in Taichung City, located in central part of Taiwan, have also exceeded one hundred up to date. Therefore, cumulated experiences on planning and construction are significant, and the correct selections of construction methods on basement excavations have important influence regarding the building's safety and construction cost. At present, the earth retaining methods for basement excavations in Taichung City include Retaining Columns Method, Diaphragm Wall Method, gun Pile Method, Reverse Excavation Method, and Caission Method. these construction methods and some field experiences are introduced in this paper. first, characteristics of these methods and corresponding constructing conditions are compared. Second, in order to discuss some techniques ofthese construction methods, six construction projects, including Cha-Kung International Financial Center etc., are selected for comparison. Conclusions and suggestions are presented and provided for the high-rise building projects in the Taichung City, and for future reference on Taichung transit and subway systems. |
