中文摘要 | 為了符合臺北市立動物園角色及功能變遷的需要,動物園服務務隊的組織系統有 調整的必要。本文陳述前任負責人對動物園服務隊系統改革的理念,並以社會調查的研究 方法,收集專職人員及志願服務隊員認同及反對的程度。本文共探討動物園服務隊的發展 方向、服務內容、優先的服勤地點、誰是決策者、新隊長的敦聘方式、誰負責招新工作及 負責人應具的知能等8項議題。調查結果顯示已有許多看法獲得共識,但也有許多意見及 理念仍有衝突,而亟待進一步討論。本文提供經營管理者一個容易獲得量化資料及與不同 立場異議分子溝通的程序,值得重視。 |
英文摘要 | To meet the needs of the rapidly changing of role and function of the Taipei Zoo, the voluntary service is in a critical time of reform. This paper presents the idea of a reformer on volunteer services and examines the degree of consensus and contradictories between volunteers and zoo staff toward the alternatives of change. Based on two surveys, eight issues dealing with voluntary service are discussed in this paper, ranging from development directions, contents and sites of the voluntary services; decision makers, new team leader and new members recruitment; and require attitude and skill of a system leader. The results indicate that both surveyed staff and volunteers have reached consensus on the majority of alternatives; however, some contradictions are found and waiting for further negotiation. This paper suggests a simple and useful process for zoo managers to collect information from and communicate with many voice groups holding very different stake, value, interest and morality. |
