| 中文摘要 | 牧草用於青貯,國內外已相當普遍,唯製作使用方式,因需求條件不 同而異,本研究係利用一背壓裝置以裝填機構,將牧草填入可調長度之條袋式 PVC塑膠袋內,提供高水份牧草青貯。 先期乃就草料細斷長度、含水率、擠壓壓力與壓實密度之關係進行試驗,所得壓 縮比對壓力之迴歸曲線推測式為P=exp(-0,14845+0,40218*Cr)。當青貯袋氣密性壓 縮比為3.52時,背壓之設定應為3.551±0.178Kg/cm�插C經研製青貯裝填機包括 進料輸送機、進料均化裝置、裝填裝置、出料擴散裝置、背壓控制系統,進行田 間試驗結果顯示,草料細斷長度影響裝填密度,細斷長度宜小於40mm。裝填主 軸轉數41rpm於變更裝填凸輪板角度時可輸出足夠扭力。進料不均勻易造成出料 斷績現象,輸送機須加裝整平均化機構。出料口擴散角度須大於20度以避免青 貯料擠壓成塊狀形成下凹現象致殘留空氣而影響青貯品質。 本機歷次試驗中,裝填率平均可達98,其作業能量為75~100kg/min,故其裝填容 量每公尺袋長可達300-500Kg/m�纂A商品化的市場需求每條袋應在 10噸以上,本 機商品化設計的斷面積1平方公尺,在長度11.2公尺時即能可達此目標,對含水 率75以上之牧草,青貯後品質仍可得到適宜之控制。 |
| 英文摘要 | The application of silage for forage was very popular in the world.However, the different required situation would caused the differentproduce and usage for silage. This study applied a back-pressure equipmentto load forage into a plasic bag which can raise high moisture of forageduring silage proces. The previous experiment has done for the relationships among cuttinglength, moisture, extruding pressure and compression density of forage.The predict formula from regression analysis for the compression ratio topressure was p=exp(- 0.14845+0.40218*Cr) when the compression ratio of airsealed bag was 3.25 and the back-pressure setting was 3.551±0.718 kg/cm��.The modified machinery of bag- storage silage for green feeding includedinput forage conveyor,uniform input equipment,feeding equipment, outputexpansion equipment and back-pressure control system. The results of fieldtest showed that the feeding density was affected by the forage cuttinglength. The cutting length should be less than 40 mm to feed. The lowerestoutput torque was observed when the rotating-speed of feeding principleaxis arrived at 41 rpm. It need's to change the feeding camplate angle toarrive that speed. The output was intermittent which was caused by theunequal input forage. So the input conveyor need attach the uniformmechanism. The output expansion angle should be greater than 20 degree toavoid the feeding material was extruded to be a concave lump whichincluded the residue air to affect the quality of forage. Through a lot of experiments,the average feeding efficiency can arrive98. The operating capacity of this machinery was 75-100 kg/min and thefeeding capacity can arrive 300-500 kg/cm�� per meter bag length. Themarketing requirement for commercialization should contain 10 ton foragefor one bag. The design for commercialization was I irf cross area and 11.2m length for the bag feeding will satisfy this condition. For the moistureof forage above 75, the quality after silage will obtain optimal control. |
