中文摘要 | 斜接可使組合板端部內藏,而方栓斜接則加工簡便且強度大而美觀,廣用於一般家具結構中,本文即在探討方栓材料及方栓接合條件對組合板方控斜接強度之影響。試驗結果如下: 1. 本試驗之破壞模式,除部份縱向木理方栓 (WL) 及粒片板方栓 (PB) 受力後有斷裂現象外,其它之破壞皆歸因於構件 (組合板) 之破裂。 2. 有關組合板方栓斜接接合條件之試驗結果為:方栓厚度為構件厚之1/3、方栓長度為構件厚之1/2以下及方栓愈近於斜接內側時,可獲致較佳之強度。 3. 本試驗使用之方栓材料中,以橫向木理方栓 (WC) 之斜接強度最高,合板方栓 (PW) 與粒片板方栓 (PB) 則不盡理想。 4. 不同厚度之中密度纖維板 (MDF),可直接做為組合板方栓斜接之材料。 |
英文摘要 | In order to carry a decorative edge of composition board, mitered comer can be used in modem furniture construction. There are many ways of doing miter joint, but one of the strongest and most attractive ways is the use of splines. This paper was aimed to explore the influence of splined materials and joint conditions on the strength of splined miter joint for composition board. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The primary failure on this study was the broken of composition board except the grain of wood runs parallel to joint (WL) and particleboard spline (PB) was broken on the spline. 2. The results of joint conditions on the strength of splined miter joint for composition board indicated that the best strength were gained when splined thickness are equal to or less than 1/3 thickness of composition board, 1/2 thickness of composition board for splined length and spline located near in inside comer of joint. 3. The grain of wood runs across to joint has the best joint strength in this study. Using plywood and particleboard for spline, their joint strength are smaller than the others. 4. The results indicated that the various thickness of MDF can be used in splined miter joint for composition board. |
