中文摘要 | 本研究以非線性規劃模式(nonlinear programming model)來設計製程公差,在同時考慮製程能力(Process capability)、製造成本(manufacturing cost)、品質損失(quality loss)、重工率(rework rate)與報廢損失極小化的情況下設計出製程公差(process tolerance)。在零件加工程序中,當尺寸超出上下限時,一般即認為是不良品而予以報廢,但是在不良品中,有些可經由重工的方式使其符合藍圖公差的規格而變成良品,使業者之成本損失降至最低。模式以GINO (General Interactive Optimize)軟體在個人電腦上進行求解,結果顯示本模式可以在製造成本與品質損失極小化的情況下,快速獲得最佳的製程公差設計。 |
英文摘要 | The research uses a nonlinear programming model to allocate process tolerances. In the manufacturing process, some products that are considered as scraps due to inability to meet tolerance requirements can be reprocessed to reduce cost. By considering the process capability, manufacturing cost, quality loss, rework rate, and scrap probability, this model proposes a cost-effective means for assigning process tolerances to minimize the cost incurred by scrap and rework. Results based on GINO programs show that the presented model can be used to obtain optimal tolerance allocation efficiently. |
