中文摘要 | 自閉症者的自傷行為是經年累月的痼疾,不易立即治癒,是嚴重的行為問題之一。自閉症者的自傷行為的類型有五種:自我毆打、吸吭、拉扯、異常消化、吃食異物等。成因涉及神經解剖學、遺傳、先天性異常、環境、以及人際溝通等因素,至為複雜。介入與處遇除醫學治療之外,教育上廣泛的應用行為改變技術,行為的功能分析,溝通為本位之介入,溫和教學等方法。本文就自傷行為之成因及教育之介入,綜合過去之研究深入探討,並提出可供研究之方向,供有興趣研究者之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Intervention with autism with self-injurious behavior (SIB)is a autism and chronic disorder risk. Currently existing nosological systems for classifying SIB consist five elements: self-striking, soaking, pulling, ruminating, and pica behavior. Understanding the causes of SIB requires an analysis of biological factors, genetic factors, cocioenvironmental variables, and communication competencies. A systematic approach to treatment and intervention involving behavior modification, functional analysis, communication-based intervention, and gentle teaching. For more this thesis provides education of the research. |
