中文摘要 | 由於經濟活動的多樣化與高度化,人類生活水準相對的提高,使得低噪 音與舒適性成為產品競爭之重點要求。制振用複合材料夾層板之功用乃在抑制因 振動時所產生的噪音,由其內部的機能將振動所生的機械能轉變成熱能而散逸。 其基本結構是在兩層複合材料板間夾入一層薄膜狀之特殊黏彈性高分子,而形成 三明治式的夾層結構。本研究乃針對複材夾層板的制振功能作理論之模擬與實驗 上之探討。由結果顯示夾層板之制振溫度出現於高分子之玻璃轉移過程範圍附 近,且制振性隨高分子厚度之增加而提升,且黏彈性高分子層夾於上、下板對稱 位置時具較佳之制振性。 |
英文摘要 | Owing to the flourishing in economic activity, within the last few years, concern about the protection of noise and the promotion of comfort has become not only the important requirement but also the competited point of each new commodity. In general, the ideal vibration damping mechanism can transform the mechanical energy to heat then dissipated. Therefore, the vibration damping mechanism can restrain the noise which was induced by vibration of structures. One of the effective vibration damping mechanism is the vibration damping sandwich panel, which is composed of laminated composites and viscoelastic layers. The aim of this paper is to investigate the mechanical behavior of the vibration damping sandwich panel under different temperatures and frequency ranges. The results how that the most effective vibration damping temperature is around the glassy transition point ofthe viscoelastic layer. Furthermore, to increase the thickness and/or to central the symmetric lay-up sequence of viscoelastic layers in the sandwich panel also improves the vibration damping property. |
