中文摘要 | 核能、火力發電廠中使用大量保溫材料以保持運轉條件及減少流體輸送 過程之熱流失。以往石棉廣泛應用於工業及建築之隔熱保溫材料。近年由於醫學 研究發現石棉對人體健康具危害性,因而石棉已受管制使用。本公司近年保溫材 料已使用非石棉系材料。目前面臨的問題是,「在眾多候選的石棉替換保溫材料 中如何適當選擇應用於電廠各部位?」本文從石棉及替代性保溫材料特性與鑑別 方法、電廠保溫材料使用狀況、現存問題、以及相關規範等多方面研究後,提出 一些可供電廠選用之保溫材料,並對相關材料標準規範之修訂提出參考建議。 |
英文摘要 | There are a lot of thermal insulation facilities in the nuclear and fossilpower plants. The asbestos has ever been a widely used insulationmaterial for the industrial and building constructions over the decades.Since the medical investigation indicates that the inhalent asbestos fiberin the human body may give occasion to "asbestosts" or "lungcarcinoma" , hence the use of asbestos has been limitted in mostcountries. Recently, the thermal insulation candidate materials for thepower plants of Taipower has shifted to non-asbestos series consideringthe occupational health. The objective of this study is aimed at how toobtain an optimum selection for individual components of the powerplants among so many alternatives, in terms of material properties andtesting methods. The situations and existing problems of the thermalinsulations used in power plants have been investigated and comparedwith the related standard specifications. This study proposes somevaluable guidelines for selecting a proper thermal insulation material ofthe power plant, and a renewing of the standard specification for suchmaterials is also proposed. |
