英文摘要 | Selinker (1972) proposed the interlanguage (IL) hypothesis as well as five central IL processes: language transfer, transfer of training, strategies of second language learning, strategies of second language communication, and overgeneralization. Based on Selinker's five IL processes, the author reviews substantial studies which share the same opinions with Selinker and testify how these five IL processes shape a second-language learner's utterances. Finally, the role of Universal Grammar in interlanguage and second language acquisition are explored. In addition, how to weigh transfer and language universal influences in second language acquisition process are considered. |
