中文摘要 | 接種蔓枯病菌的柄孢子濃度在10-10�掇pore/ml之間時,洋香瓜葉片罹病 度隨孢子濃度增加而增加;10�� spore/ml以上的孢子濃度,可達最高的罹病度。甜 瓜葉片的保濕期在0-72小時之間時,罹病度隨保濕期間之增加而增加。以盆植一 個月的甜瓜實生苗,接種10�鈕pore/ml柄孢子懸浮液,以測定發病度與溫度的關 係,發病適溫為15-25℃,以21℃最為適合;而接種菌絲塊在莖蔓上,則15-30℃之 間都適合蔓枯病徵形成。在罹患露菌病的甜瓜摘葉和健康摘葉上接種蔓枯病菌之 罹病度分別為83.3和25.8,差異極顯著。 |
英文摘要 | Effects of inoculum density, duration of surface wetness, temperature anddowny mildew on symptom development on melon (Cucumis melo L.) seedlings ordettached leaves infected with Didymella bryoniae were studied under conditions of100 relative humidity (RH). There has a positive relationship between inoculumdensity from 10 - 10�掇pore/ml and disease severity. Effect of leaf wetness duration(X) on infection of leaves (Y) by D. bryoniae was tested, and a regression equationY = 2.095 + 0.871 X was obtained. Development of leaf blight symptoms occurredover a wide range of temperature (15-25 ℃) on melon seedlings, and the optimumwas 21 ℃. Whereas, the optimal temperature for development of gummy stem blightsymptoms on melon seedlings were from 15 to 30 ℃. Melon leaves prior infectedwith downy mildew could predispose melon plants to the infection by D. bryoniae. |
