英文摘要 | A unsteady thermoelastic analysis of dislocation generation in pulled GaAs crystals is undertaken. A numerical method of inverse Laplace transform is implemented to solve the transient problem. It is found that the transient-state (TS) results are the highest, compared with those derived under the quasi-steady-state (QSS) and the steady-state (SS) assumptions. When the effect of Peclet number is examined, one finds that large Peclet number enlarge the differences between the TS and the SS and between the QSS and the SS results. And for small Peclet number the transient term in the heat conduction equation, which is neglected in the QSS problem, will dominate the transient thermal behaviors. |
