中文摘要 | 台電公司夏季空調負載成長快速,八十二年估計已達5259MW,如能有 效減少尖峰時之空調負載,必可降低總尖峰負載。為了評估抑低空調負載的技術 與效益,台電公司電力綜合研究所於七十九年十一月安裝一套雙向通訊控制系 統,其有直接冷氣負載控制與自動讀值雙重功能。初期測試階段以電力研究所各 型冷氣機為控制對象,本文研究階段再將控制對象擴展至樹林二次變電線所 YG21至YG25五條11.4KV架空饋線上之用戶。經改變漣波訊號注入點與多次調整 發射的漣波訊號強度,目前樹林變電所YG21至YG25饋線上之用戶均可以接受控 制。由多次測試知道諧波對系統通信沒有影響,接收器靈敏度為0.6已遠離懷特 雜訊(White Noise),不曾受干擾,控制信號也不曾影響供電品質。 |
英文摘要 | The air-conditioning load of Taipower company in the summer of1993 is about 5259MW. The reduction of air-conditioning load at peakload period certainly will reduce the total peak load. To evaluate theefficiency in the reduction of air-conditioning load. Power ResearchInstitute ( PRI ) installed a two way communication and controlsystem in November 1990. Now, this system is practically applied toYG21 - YG25 11.4KV overhead feeders of Shu - Lin substation. After thechange of signal feeding points and the adjustment of ripple signalstrength,, all the users could be controlled in this study. From the analysisof the accumulated data, it is observed that harmonics wo'nt interferewith system communication. The sensitivity of receivers is setted at0.6 to keep far away from white noises, it is also noted that the ripplecontrol signal would not deteriorate the supply power quality. |
