中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的在探討應用理性行為論之行為改變理論,所發展的 「愛滋病及其它性病教學」對高職三年級學生在「愛滋病及其它性病知識」、「對 愛滋病帶原者態度」及「採取預防愛滋病及其它性病的行為意向」之教學立即效 果及其延宕性,以及學生對此次教學的評價。本研究採「不相等實驗組控制組設 計」,研究對象是高職三年級男同學,有六班共計25名人。其中兩個班為實驗組 選自省立海山高工,接受每週一次,每次100分鐘,總共三次的單元教學活動, 且分別在實驗組學校內與校外各有一組對照組。研究所得之資料以單變項共變數 分析進行統計分析,所得重要結果為:教學介入後,實驗組學生在「愛滋病及其 它性病知識」的得分上顯著高於兩組對照組;實驗組學生比校內對照組學生表示 更願意接納愛滋病帶原者;實驗組學生比兩組對照組表示更有可能採取不從事 「婚前性行為」、「交易性性行為」來預防愛滋病及其它性病,且假若有「婚前 性行為」或「交易性性行為」時實驗組比校外對照組學生表示更有可能使用保險 套來預防愛滋病及其它性病。大多數學生對此次教學表示喜歡且對他們有幫助, 希望能繼續推廣到其它學校。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose in this study which based on Theory of ReasonedAction is to explore effects of AIDS and other STDs education on knowledge,attitudes toward HIV carriers, and intentions of performing AIDS and otherSTDs preventive behaviors among vocational high school students.Methods' A nonequivalent-control group design was used in the study. 252twelfth grade male students, six classes, were selected to be the subjects.The experimental group, two classes from A school (Hae-Shan), was treatedwith three sessions of AIDS and other STDs seducation progam, 100 minutes persession, once a week. There were two two-class control groups which didn'treceive any treatment. Control A group was from the A school, and Control Bgroup from the B school (San-Chorng). After nine weeks of the intervention,all of three groups were given a follow-up test to understand the delayedeffect of the intervention.The data were analyzed by One-Way analysis of Covariance. Results :(1) After intervention, the experimental group' s score of AIDS and other STDs knowledge was significantly higher than those of the two controlgroups, the experimental group's attitude toward HIV carriers was significantly more tolerant than that of the Control A group. (2) In contrast to the two control groups, the experiment group showed that they would be lesslikely to engage in premarital sex or to visit prostitutes to prevent AIDS and other STDs. Moreover, in contrast to the Control B group, the experimental group showed that they would be more likely to use condoms when the yengage in premarital sex and visit prostitutes to prevent from AIDS and otherSTDs.Conclusions. According to the study, using the theory of Reasoned Action todevelop educational intervention aimed at changing AIDS-related behaviors iseffective. The experimental students expressed that the program was helpfulto them and they liked it. |
