中文摘要 | 本研究收集民國70-79年蓬萊米、生薑、甘藍、花椰菜、胡瓜、碗豆、 蒜頭及黃豆等八種作物之產地價格、零售價格、交易量、每人國民平均所得、及 人口數資料。研究八種作物之價格水準、波動及需求量。以促進農民對農產品經 濟特性之瞭解,進而對未來進入GATT,能作好最佳的決策。 研究結果如下:八種作物之價格水準以十年來實質價格之平均表示。零售價格以 碗豆最高為94.40元/公斤,以黃豆最低為22.63元/公斤。產地價格以碗豆最高為 41.51元/公斤,以甘藍最低為7.25元/公斤。 八種作物之波動程度經VON-NEUMANN比率分析顯示產地市場價格較零售市場 價格穩定。而產地市場價格Von-Neumann指數以胡瓜最低為0.01,而蒜頭最高為 0.93。零售價格Von-Neumann指數以蒜頭及花椰菜最低為0.11,而以黃豆最高為 1.11。八種作物之需求量分析經以民國75年為基期,以需求量為依變數,產地實 質價格、零售實質價格、平均每人國民實質所得及總人口數為自變數進行雙對數 迴歸分析,求得產地需求函數及零售地需求函數。再以十年來平均實質價格、每 人平均國民實質所得新台幣179,871元,人口數16,191,549人來推估八種作物之產 地需求量及零售地需求量。 |
英文摘要 | The research collects data of farmer's price, retailer's price, transaction quantity, population and percapita during 1981-1990. Focusing on the following eightcrops: Japonica Paddy, Garlic, Ginger, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Cucumber, Soybean,and Peas, we would like to find out the price level, variation, and demand of each.With these economic information, we hope to help farmers make best decisonswhile entering GATT. The results are as following: We represent the price level with means of real prices during 1981-1990. Thehighest retailer's price is Peas' price: NT$ 94.40 per kilogram while Soybean's priceis the lowest one: NT$ 22.63 per kilogram. The highest farmer's price is Peas'price: NT$ 41.51 per kilogram while Cabbage's price is the lowest one: NT$ 7.25per kilogram. We represent the variation with Von-Neumann ratio. In general, it appears thatfarmer's market is more stable than retailer's market. In the farmer's market, thehighest Von-Neumann ratio is Garlic's ratio: 0.93 while Cucumber's ratio is thelowest one: 0.01. In the retailer's market, the lowest Von-Neumann ratio is Garlic'sand Cauliflower's ratios: 0.11 while Soybean's ratio is the highest one: 1.11. Finally, we analysis the demand with double log regression equation. The dependent variable is quantity demanded. The independent variable are real farmer'sprice, real retailer's price, real percapita, and population with base period 1986. Weget 16 demand equations as table-2 shows. Using average real price, real percapita:NT$ 179,871, and population: 16,191,549, we estimate the eight crops' farmers'quantity demanded and retailers' quantity demanded. |
