中文摘要 | 本研究以干涉相位差顯微鏡及原子吸收光譜儀觀察及測定不同鉛濃度下 Anabaena cylindrica 及 Chlorella sp. 之細胞生長及鉛之蓄積。 A. cylindrica 生長於 250 ppm 鉛濃度時產生溶裂、變形及扁平狀細胞,而 Chlorella sp. 則於 400 ppm 時產生溶裂、厚 壁及扁平狀細胞。鉛之蓄積量於低濃度時,約呈倍數增加而於高濃度時 (50 ppm) 達到飽和 。兩株藻對鉛之蓄積量皆於 50 ppm 達到飽和,但 Chlorella sp. 對鉛之耐受性較佳。 |
英文摘要 | This study focused on the accumulation of lead and its effects on the growth of a blue-green alga Anabaena cylindrica and a green alga Chlorella sp. in growth media having different concentrations of lead. The instruments used were a differential interference contrast microscope and an atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Growth of A. cylindrica in a concentration of 250 ppm lead resulted in cell lysis, distorted cells and flat cells. Growth of Chlorella sp. in a concentration of 400 ppm lead ion resulted in cell lysis, thick-walls and flat cells. The accumulation of lead in the two types of algas reached saturation at a concentration of 50 ppm of lead in the growth media. The tolerance of Chlorella sp. was better than that of A. cylindrica. |
