中文摘要 | 伴隨性神經傳遞物(Cotransmitters)是一類與傳統神經傳遞物同時釋放的化學物質,擔任修飾性地管制由傳統神經傳訊所引發之生物效應的角色。本文從傳訊方式之演進談起,涵蓋中樞及周邊系統,以生理、藥理、分子生物各層面來介紹目前所了解的伴隨性神經傳遞物,包括腦啡、神經胜□Y、P物質、血管作用性腸胜□、三磷酸腺嘌呤、白三烯素、r-胺丁酸等。闡述生物體如何利用這些物質更經濟而精確地達成生存原則,並由分化、老化與受體拓撲觀等角度探討伴隨性神經傳訊在整個生命現象中所扮演的巨觀意義。 |
英文摘要 | Cotransmitters, a group of chemical compounds released concomitantly with classical transmitters, played a role in the facilitation or attenuation of classical biological effects. By which, organism could achieve their living more economically and accurately. Thus, beginning with the concept of transmission development, we introduced the most significant cotransmitters including Enkephalin, Neuropeptide Y, Substance P, Vasoactive intestinal polypeptide, Adenosine triphosphate, Leukotrienes, r-aminobutyric acid, and also the involvement of differentiation, aging, and receptor topology. |
