中文摘要 | 本文是研究纖維加強式高級熱塑性複合材料Gr/PEEK承受拉力負荷 時,最佳疊層角度之順序。運用單體方法的最佳化技巧,以複材疊層板各單層之 幾維角度為設計變數,並將由有限元素法分析之應力態代入Hashin建議之破壞 準則的四個方程式所得的值為目標函數值,以初始破壞為準,建立分析模式;首 先用矩形平板疊層複材在單軸受力精況進行測試,由其疊積角度均接近90°之 結果證明程式適用性,再求取有圓洞矩形複材平板在單軸受力情況,各單層纖維 角度之最佳疊積順序組合。並選取在最佳化搜尋過程中的五組織維角度組合,以 累進破壞分析其極限破壞力。因此,結果顯示只要適切的選取初始角度組合。無 論四、六及八層平板複材均可得其最佳疊積順序;並與實驗結果比較,驗證了分 析模式有極佳之正確性。 |
英文摘要 | This article is aimed to find out the optimal sequence of stacking angles when fiber reinforced composite laminates are loaded with uniaxial tensile forces. Here, the mathematicalmodel is built up by using Hashin failure criterion as an objective function, the simplex methodas an optimal technique and the finite element method as an analytic means. In the beginning,the case of a laminate plate is studied to obtain its optimal stacking sequence, and the nearly90 angles of the sequence can firstly prove the feasibility of this model. Then, the optimalstacking sequence of the lam'nate plate with a central hole is also found. Thus, the resultshows that as long as properly selected initial angle values are given, the optimal stacking sequence for all 4-, 6-, and 8-layer laminates can be obtained. Finally, a progressive failure analysis is made to evaluate the ultimate strength of laminate so as to further verify the usefulnessof this model by comparing the analysis results with those experimental results. |
