中文摘要 | 用化學藥品處理,使茶樹主莖年輪明顯,易於測定樹齡的結果如下: 1. 鑑定茶樹樹齡以三氯化鐵(FeCl₃(1/50N (A₁)及1/100 (A₂)的效果最好,主幹橫切面塗抹FeCl₃後,緻密的年輪清晰呈現藍色,可檢視出較正確之樹齡。 2. 大葉種茶樹,以1/50N或1/100N之FeCl₃處理皆可較正確觀測出樹齡的大小;小葉種或雜交種茶樹由於主幹較細,以1/50N的效果較佳。 3. 茶樹樹齡之大小,無法由樹幹之粗細判定之。同濃度上,阿薩姆型的呈顯著藍色較小葉種為深。 4. 在不同季節,以FeCl₃處理茶樹的樹幹,檢視年輪的效果相同。 5. 本研究所得"推定偏誤"(推定樹齡-確實樹齡)經統計分析後,阿薩姆型品種的偏性(bias)為正;而小葉種型的"偏性"為負。各處理間的差異,確呈顯著的。且分別求得各處理間,95%信賴間隔,以1/50N三氯化鐵(FeCl₃)的處理為最小。 |
英文摘要 | 1. According to this experiment, the most effective way of identifying the age of tea plant is treating the transverse section of the trank with ferric chloride which, owing to the colour chang on the surface of the fransverse section, show the growth rings clearly. 2. Treating the transerse section of Assamica-types with 1/50N or 1/100N of ferric chloride showed the growth rings clearly while in sinensis-types, treating with 1/50N was more effective. 3. The age of tea plant could not fell grown the diameter of trunk. The Assamica types showed deeper color than the sinensis-types did, when treated with ferric chloride. 4. The result was the same with treatment of ferric chloride in different season. 5. The statistical analysis of the estimation error (=estimated age-exactage age) shows that the bias of the error is positive for Assamica-type, but negative for sinensis type. The difference among treatments are significant. The 95% confidence inntervals for the treatments are obtained and that of the least length is given by the treatment with 1/50N ferric chloride. |
