中文摘要 | 三相鼠籠型感應電動機定子之線圈可分成單層繞組 (同心繞) 與雙層繞組(疊繞)兩種入線方式;轉子之槽型則可分成單鼠籠型與雙鼠籠型兩種型式,這四種組合可以涵蓋“各種三相鼠籠型感應電動機之設計”。三相感應電動機為目前使用最多的動力來源之一,然其種類繁多,加以產、學界並無較一般化之“各種三相鼠籠型感應電動機之設計”軟體。本論文研究之目的有三:(1) 提供各工業專科學校電機科─電機機械設計─課程之教學軟體。(2) 供國內感應電動機製造工廠一套既有效又實用的“各種三相鼠籠型感應電動機之計算機輔助設計”軟體,作為提升電動機設計與製造技術之參考。(3)提升教師之教學與實務能力,改善教學與增進技術。本文旨在探討前述各種三相鼠籠型感應電動機穩態之運轉特性與起動特性的設計值與實測值之差異。實驗顯示:設計值與實測值之誤差均在5%以內,證明本文所提之設計公式準確度相當良好。本文同時提出以實驗方法決定感應電動機之阻抗參數值,該參數量測值與設計值之誤差仍在5%以內,既可修正設計值,亦可提供各種三相鼠籠型感應伺服電動機作為無轉速感測器向量控制型變頻器參數內建之參考,頗具實用價值。 |
英文摘要 | There are two types of stator windings in the design of three-phase (3□) squirrel-cage induction motors (SCIMs), namely, single-layer winding (spiral winding) and double-layer winding (lapwinding). The rotor circuit of a SCIM also consists of a single squirrel-cage winding or double squirrel-cage winding that is suitably disposed in the slots of the rotor core. Hence, four structures that are considered in the design of various 3□ SCIMs can be obtained. Although 3□ SCIMs are widely utilized in industry, an efficient design software for various 3□ SCIMs is not available. The objectives of this research are as follows: 1. provide a computer-aided instruction software for the course "Design of Electrical Apparatus". 2. offer a design tool for the maker of various 3□ SCIMs to speed up their design process. 3. develop a systematic design approach to enhance teachers' instructional and practical capabilities. This paper aims mainly at investigating the differences between designed values and measured values of various 3□ SCIMs in the steady-state while running and starting. Experimental results indicate that the errors are all within 5%. It is shown that the accuracy of the proposed formulas is very good. The experimental determination of SCIMs impedance parameters is also proposed in this paper. The parameter errors between measured values and designed values are also within 5%. The results can be used to modify the designed values and serve as the built-in parameters information for the sensorless vectorcontrolled inverters that control various 3□ induction servo motors. The proposed approach is valuable for practical applications. |
