中文摘要 | 軍事想定(Military Scenario)又稱白紙戰術,乃以所要磨練的軍事訓練課目,以及實地操練的事項,依據有關準則與參考過去的訓練檔案、戰史、經驗教訓,所擬定的假設狀況。對於軍事訓練機構而言,一個可以對軍事想定教學提供決策支援系統,或者一個能夠提供模擬軍事狀況的模擬工具(simulator),對軍事教學、研究者,抑或者是電腦兵棋(war game)的相關研究人員而言,一直是一個努力達成的目標。然而其中的困難除了相關問題的高複雜性之外,對於如何累積與整理過去相關研究的知識,以及軍事人員的實務經驗,使之能將軍事想定予以系統化,並對軍事想定實施的過程,作出一般化程序(Generalized Procedure)的建構,進而延申發展出可供模擬軍事想定過程的訓練,及決策支援系統,仍是理論研究與實務發展,兩者共同面臨且不易突破的問題。本研究結合個案庫推理(Case- based Reasoning)及群體決策支援系統(Group Decision Support System),建構一個個案庫群體決策支援系統CBGDSS(Case-based Group Decision Support System)的架構平臺,並對軍事想定的過程予以一般化的定義,使本系統能作為軍事想定發展初步研究(Preliminary Research)。 |
英文摘要 | Military scenario is called: “paper tactics”. It is implemented as a method for training military officers. In terms of supporting military education, a system that can offer decision support in the process of command and control, a tool that can provide the space in which to exercise his command and control ability have always been ultimate goals. T his is not only because of the complexity of the problem domain but also because of the difficulty in obtaining help from past knowledge and extend past knowledge for solving new problem. This paper intends to present an architecture which incorporates case-based reasoning and group decision support system as a tool for military officers to simulate and to train the military Standard Operation Procedure (S.O.P) in the decision making process of command and control. This research also investigates that if th is CBGDSS architecture can be develop as a preliminary research of scenario simulation tool for developing military scenario. |
