中文摘要 | 本研究旨在透過文獻探討法以瞭解教師權威之定義、功能、限制與類 型,並提出建議以供教育實務與研究之參考。本文歸納文獻將教師權威界定為: 「係教師在師生互動學習組織體系中,所具施加於學生影響力的一種合法化、制 度化之權利或權力。」其功能有:幫助社會免於脫序危機、助益建立法理觀念、 解決組織中人際關係之衝突、增進行政之管理與運作、協助組織目的之達成等。 反之,運用不當,亦有其限制,如其在運作上並非萬能、可能抑制學生道德認知 之發展、及加大組織成員間的疏離等。就教師角色之特質來劃分,教師權威可分 為正式的法定權威、功能的專業權威及傳統與習俗的權威等三類型。最後,本研 究建議:對教師權威運周作現況調查;宜將教師權威合法化、合理性運用;妥善規劃 師範教育課程內容以提昇教師對教師權威的正確認識。 |
英文摘要 | The definitions, types, advantages, and disadvantages of the teacher authorityare reviewed in this paper. It can be defined as the legitimate right of teacherwhich influence the believes, ideas, and behaviors of students for the achievementof teaching goal. According to the characteristics of the role of teacher, thetypes of the teacher authority can be classified into legitimate authority,professional authority, and customary authority. The advantages for the use ofteacher authority are: to improving the management of classroom, to solvingthe problem between classmate, and to constructing the order of classroom etc.But the disadvantages for the misuse of this authority are: to decreasing thedevelopment of the moral cognition of students and to increasing the alienationbetween the teacher and students. The suggestions about the use and research ofthe teacher authority in our country are also made. |
