中文摘要 | 殘障者的飲食生活用具的設計,必須依其個人傷殘的部位和手部活動能力而導入不同的需求條件,才能提供符合實用功能的輔助用具,以達到進食的目的。 本文主要針對C1至T1頸椎損傷而導致手部機能欠佳的患者,進行與醫師、職能治療師的訪談調查,還有患者居家飲食生活的現況調查,及其坐姿靜態人體尺寸與上肢活動範圍等人體計測,與叉、匙握持舒適度測試等人因工程調查實驗。同時,收集國内外現有殘障者輔助餐具,加以評估分析。根據觀察、分析及實驗測試等結果,為頸椎損傷者提出叉、匙、碗、盤、杯等十二件進食輔助用具的設計提案。 希望藉此研究設計能為脊髓損傷者提供舒適合理的進食輔助用具;進而歸納出較完整的殘障者飲食生活用具的研究資料,以提供相關研究參考及繼續發展。 |
英文摘要 | To provide practical assistance in eating for a handicap, the design of the eating utensil for him should accord to his specific impaired body member and his hand dexterity. In this study, we focused on the design of eating utensil for the hand handicapped patients caused by C1 to T1 neck spinal column impairment. We have interviewed the related doctors and physical therapists and conducted a survey on the eating behavior of some patients in their home. The related anthropometry of static body dimensions in sitting posture and the reach envelop of upper limbs of these subjects was measured and the comfortability of some spoon or fork handles was investigated. Based on these studies, we proposed more twelve new designs of eating aid utensil for these patients, include forks, spoons, bows, cups and trays. We hope that, our designs can really provide comfort and convience for spine impaired patients in eating and that the data collected in this study can be summaried as a comprehensive fundamental knowledge to support further studies and designs. |
