英文摘要 | A procedure combining Jacobi polynomials and collocation-tau method to obtain steady heat and fluid flows of the melt during idealized Czochralski grystal growth is described. This method is satisfactorily applied to the isothermal fluid flows caused by crystal rotation and to the non-isothermal fluid flows caused by combined free and forced convection at low Reynolds number, As Re and Gr went higher; however. oscillation appears on the boundary due to the restrictions added by the tau method. |
