英文摘要 | Based on measurement and analysis of the rain data collected at Hsinchu observation station in the year of 1991, the cumulative rain rate distribution was least square fitted with the interpolated 0.01% time of rain rate exceeded from measurement at 80.2 mm/h into the Moupfouma model of cumulative rain rate distribution to obtain u=0.0412 or in two segments fitted into its second varient to obtain u �� =0.0464 and u �� = 0.0374 respectively. The results are also compared with the CCIR Report for N climate zone in Taiwan. |
