中文摘要 | 為因應勞動條件的變更,科技的快速進展,以及國際上的競爭壓力, 美國與日本在企業訓練之政策與實際做法上均做了許多的改變。本文嘗試從比較 分析的觀點,先從美國與日本社會對職業工作與就業雇用的整體觀念加以討論, 次從影響公司及企業積極從事員工訓練的外在勢力加以剖析,再而詳述美國與日 本運用新科技產品做為企業訓練的工具之現況,最後再將企業訓練未來趨勢和挑 戰予以彙整後,提出具體之結論與建議數則,提供我國公私立職業訓練行政或執 行機構,在推展企業訓練業務時參考。 |
英文摘要 | For the purpose of coping with labor conditions variations, technologicalinnovation changes, and the pressure from international market, Japan and theUnited States have made significant changes in strategy and practice ofenterprise training. The author used comparative and analytic methods toconduct this study. Firstly, this study discussed the perception on work andemployment between Japan and the us; Secondly, forces for change Inenterprise training of these two countries was reviewed; thirdly, the use oftechnology for training was examined; Finally, implications for reference wereprovided for agencies that want to improve their employees' training. |
