中文摘要 | 汚泥為豬糞尿廢水經厭氣及好氣處理後,或各種處理過程中所產生之廢棄物及汚泥,超過正常操作處理需要量時,而必需予以廢棄。將該汚泥處理變成有機堆肥利用,得到下列初步結果: 一、經堆積醱酵試驗結果,發現前處理利用固液分離機所分離之豬糞固形物,較適合製造堆肥,醱酵溫度可達68℃以上,醱酵較完全,種籽發芽率可達88%以上。 二、各種不同方式處理流程之汚泥堆肥,以盆栽方式種植結球甘藍蔬菜結果,植物之株高與葉寬在不同處理組間差異顯著(p<0.05)。 三、重金屬含量以好氣性處理終沉池所產生之汚泥其銅之含量較高,好氣性處理初沉池之銅含量居次;但鐵及錳之含量以厭氣性處理之汚泥含量最高;鋅在各不同處理方式之汚泥,其含量均有隨著處理過程而有增高之趨勢。 四、測定蔬菜內殘留重金屬含量,差異互異,顯示植物體內吸收重金屬的量,不因汚泥或土壤中之含量多寡而有所差異。 |
英文摘要 | Excess sludge is a residual semi-solid material after treating pig waste water by the anaerobic and aerobic activated sludge process. It must be abandoned, while it influences the normal operation of the treatment process. As a result, treatment processes are utilized for making a compost. The experimental results are summarized as follows: The solid part of pig water, pretreated by using a solid-liquid separator, was quite suitable for making a compost. The temperature of fermentation can exceed 68°C, so complete fermentation can be obtained. The height of cabbage, cultivated in pots with different processed composts, and its leaf width were significantly different (p<0.05). The highest residue of copper contained in excess sludge was in the final clarifier and the next highest was in the primary clarifier of aerobic treatment. But the highest of residues of iron and manganese were by anaerobic treatment. Moreover, the zinc residue gradually increased along with the further processing procedures for both anaerobic and aerobic treatments. The cabbage, after harvesting, was examined for heavy metal residue. The result indicated that the amount of heavy metal in the plants was not influenced by the amount of heavy metal contained in the soil, made of the excess sludge as a compost. |
