中文摘要 | 本研究是一個先趨實驗(pilot study),比較線圈式(cable)短波與鼓式(drum) 短波對膝關節熱效應的範圍(extent)及熱效應持續性(duration)的差異。作者以10位 健康年輕男性做為實驗對象,每位受試者的右膝各接受兩次短波,而兩次短波實 驗相距一週。短波實驗之前用紅外線溫熱掃描儀測出實驗者兩腿表皮的溫度,短 波實驗後,再立即測試兩腿溫度,以後依次之間隔時間為30分、30分、60分、60 分、60分、60分,再取其兩腿溫度,共追蹤5小時的溫度變化。實驗結果顯示, 兩種型式的短波熱效應相似,除了膝中心,實驗後的立即效果,線圈式短波的熱 效應在兩膝同時顯示出較高作用外,其餘兩組間的溫度差並沒有統計上的意義 (p>0.05)。膝部短波的熱效應其含蓋的範圍上端至少可延及膝上30公分(近腹股 溝),下端至少可擴及膝下25公分(近踝部),而且上升的溫度都有統計上的意義 (p<0.05)。實驗後的熱效應至少可維持5小時,而且第5小時上升的溫度仍具統計 意義。作者並觀察左腿的溫度變化,發現右腿接受短波實驗,左腿的溫度亦會上 升,並具統計意義,而且上升的溫度亦可維持5小時而無明顯下降。 |
英文摘要 | This is a pilot study to observe thedifferent effect of shortwave diathermy by usingcoil cable and drum applicator on knee joint. All of 10 study subjects are physical therapystudents. They do not have any musculoskeletator neuromuscular disorder around their lower extremities. The average age of them is 21.8±0.5y/o; the average height of them is 170.6±3.7cm;the average weight is 69.4±2.4kg. All of theirright knees reveived shortwave diathermy twiceindividually. One is used with coil applicator andthe other is used with drum one. This two kindsof shortwave experiments were arranged at intervalof one week. Before revolving shortwave diathermy, all subjects' skin temperatures of bilaterallower extremities were measured by Thermotracer Detector Unit. It is a non-invasive test,the various skin temperatures were showed ona screen to be a termograph. After terminationof shortwave diathermy, measured skin temperature repeatedly right after diathermy and at thefollowing sequence interval of 30 min, 30 min,60 min, 60 min, 60 min, 60 min. Totally followup the obsevation of the temperature change for5 hours after termination of diathermy. After data analysis, a similar heat effectwas observed by the two different applicationof shortwave except the immediate effect. Theimmediate heat effect of cable shortwave isgreater than that of drum shortwave around thetibial condyle, and the difference between themis significant statistically (p<0.05). Both lower extremities showed temperatureincrease significantly from right after termination of shortwave till 5 hours later even theleft lower extremity (unreceiving shortwavediathermy) has been found the same phenomenon. The increase of temperature was significantly different in each leg right after endingshortwave diathermy, the temperature increaseof right lower extremity is greater than that ofleft lower extremity, but more than one hourlater, the difference of temperature increase between them was less and becam" no significantly different. The extent of heat effect is from 30 cmabove the level of medial tibial condyle (neargroin) to 25 cm below the condyle level (nearmalleolus). |
