中文摘要 | 本研究的目的,旨在探討一位課後音樂班教師的實務知識內涵,研究方法採質化研究取向,蒐集資料的方式包括自然觀察、深度訪談及文件分析。經過一年的探究,本研究發現個案教師實務知識的主要內涵有:(一) 教育觀方面:課後音樂班教師關注孩子的生活體驗,由教學經驗發展出開放教育觀。(二) 學習者知識方面:課後音樂班教師對兒童發展的理解與相關理論契合。(三) 情境知識方面:課後音樂班教師認為學生家庭環境與教師專業氛圍很重要。(四) 課程知識方面:課後音樂班教師以興趣為核心設計課程發展各種能力。(五) 教學知識方面:課後音樂班教師融合成獨特的教學模式,並運用許多教學技巧。(六) 班級經營知識方面:課後音樂班教師比學校教師更常運用以行為學派為基礎的各種經營技巧。 根據上述的研究結果,本研究提出幾點建議供教育行政單位、師資培育機構、教師及未來研究參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was to explore the content of a music teacher’s practical knowledge in a child care center. Qualitative approach was adopted. The researcher collected his study materials from natural observation, in-depth interview, and document analysis. After one year, he found that the main content of this teacher’s practical knowledge included: 1. Knowledge of educational philosophies: He paid close attention to the factors from parents. Through teaching experience, he developed his knowledge of educational philosophies which followed an open approach. 2. The knowledge from the learners: His understanding toward children’s development accorded with related academic theories. 3. Knowledge from the milieu: He valued both the environment of children’s families and teachers’ professional competence. 4. Knowledge of curriculum: According to children’s interests, he designed curriculum for developing their competence. 5. Knowledge from teaching: He melted various teaching skills and created unique ones. 6. Knowledge of classroom management: He, a music teacher in a child care center, adopted behaviorism more frequently than those who taught in schools. According to the conclusion which mention above, this research offered suggestions to educational administrations, teachers’ educational organizations, all of the teachers, and related research in the future. |
