中文摘要 | 本研究者在以Maslow需求理論為基礎,來瞭解師專生和新制師院生的心理需求、比較師專生和新制師院生的心理需求。以及分析性別、家庭社經地位與心理需求的關係。採個人需求量表為工具,以四所師院二年級新制師院生和五年級師專生295名學生為對象,進行調查與分析,結果發現:一、師專生和新制師院生個人需求量表三個部分的反應,均以自我實需求最高,生理需求最低,且需求調適頗佳,認知衝突甚微。二、師專生和新制師院生在自我觀念的自我實現需求,和自我知覺的自我實現需求困擾的顯著高於一般學生。三、不同類別、性別、和家庭社經地位學生的心理需求,經多變項或單變項變異數分析結果,均顯示大部分的交互作用,或主要效果未達顯著水準。四、師專生在自我知覺的自我實現需求顯著高於新制師院生,但安全需求顯著低於新制師院生。五、師專和新制師院女生在置表三個部分的安全需求均顯著高於男生。基於研究發現,提出五項建議,俾供落實改制師院目標與進行研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The propose of this research, based on Maslow’s theory of need hierarchy, was to analyze and compare the psychological needs of junior teachers college and teachers college and explore the relationship among sex, social-economic status and psychology psychological needs. The Personal Needs Inventory was administer administered for 295 junior teacher college and teachers college students. The major findings of this study were as follows: (1)The self-actualization needs of students responses on the three sections of the Personal Needs Inventory were Highest put the physiological needs of students’ responses were lowest. (2)The needs adjustment of junior teachers college and teachers college students was good and the degree of cognitive conflict was very little. (3)The self-actualization needs of self concept and self awareness on college students were better than those on junior teachers college and teachers college students. (4)Students’ psychological needs were not significantly related respectively to students’ class, sex and social-economic status. (5)The self-actualization needs of self awareness on junior teachers college students were less than those on teachers college students. (6)The girls’ responses of junior teachers college and teachers college on the three sections of the safety needs were better than the boy’s responses. |
