中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討電廠常用保溫材料水溶性溶出物對軟鋼之腐蝕效應。為模 擬實際環境,溶出液分別以不同濃縮程序配製,並視需要改變cl-濃度,試片則取 自電廠廣泛使用之A106B軟鋼材。試驗前,保溫材料及其溶出液進行化學分析及 pH值測定,腐蝕試驗採用重量損失量測、自然腐蝕電位監測及循環動態電位極 化法三種。腐蝕生成物以電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀察,並以能量分散光譜分析儀 (EDX)、X光繞射儀(XRD)、原子吸收光譜分析儀(AAS)等鑑定。研究結果發現, 溶出物中矽、鈣含量為主要與腐蝕相關之組成,而含矽物種之腐蝕抑制性與矽酸 根離子之濃度及相對於矽酸分子之水解平衡有關。重要實驗參數包括Si、Ca-Cl- 濃度等,其達保護效果之臨界濃度亦將於文中探討。 |
英文摘要 | This article deals with the corrosion effect of thermal-insulationeffluents on the mild steel in aqueous solution in.All materials used arecommon to power plant and have been well characterized before test.For simulating the actual environment, various solutions were preparedaccording to different concentration procedures arid Cl- was added asneeded. A string of corrosion tests has been analyzed. The results indicatethat the corrosion of mild steels in the aqueous solution containingthermal-insulation effluents is directly related to the constituents of Si,Ca.as well as the pH of the solution. It also indicates that silicate ion actsas a corrosion inhibitor, in turn, reduces the corrosion rate ofthe mild steels. The effects of some leaching elements of Si, Ca, Cl- andpH on the corrosion have been discussed.The threshold concentration ofprotection and the related corrosion mechanism have been explored too. |
