中文摘要 | 行政院勞工委員會為培訓適合企業需求之員工,促使技職教育及職業訓練合流,並因應全球化趨勢,奠定紮實人力資源基礎,引進德國「雙軌制」訓練模式,特與教育部、德國經濟辦事處組成專案工作小組,規畫推動台德合作「職業訓練與職業教育菁英計畫」,強化訓練與就業成效。 北台灣科學技術學院爰此辦理二技及二專招生,為瞭解「雙軌訓練旗艦計畫」訓練生學習滿意度及訓練項目的重視程度,特進行問卷調查以瞭解訓練成效。其有效樣本為134位。研究結果如下:1.北台灣科學技術學院訓練生學習滿意度小於重視程度,代表訓練生所重視的項目未達到其預期效果。2.北台灣科學技術學院訓練生學習滿意度與重視程度呈顯著差異。3.北台灣科學技術學院訓練生學習滿意度與其重視程度呈現顯著正向相關程度,即訓練生重視程度越高的話其學習滿意度會越高。 |
英文摘要 | For training for corporate employee’s demands, promote technical and vocational education and vocational training confluence, in response to globalization and build a solid foundation of human resources, Council of Labor Affairs introduce of 「The Dual training」system of Germany, and the Ministry of Education, Office of Germany to form a special working group to promote Taiwan and Germany cooperation in planning「Vocational Training and Vocational Education Gifted」 and intensive to training and employment. Technology and Science Institute of Northern Taiwan admission two years college, for understand the importance and students’ learning satisfaction of「Dual training flagship program」. Execute the survey on students’ learning satisfaction. Collecting 134 samples. The result is shown as below: 1. The students’ learning satisfaction in Technology and Science Institute of Northern Taiwan less than the importance, means the importance of students did not achieve its expected results. 2. The students’ learning satisfaction in Technology and Science Institute of Northern Taiwan and the importance shows significant difference. 3. Between in the students’ learning satisfaction in Technology and Science Institute of Northern Taiwan and the importance shows significant positive correlative, means the importance of students is higher and learning satisfaction be higher. |
