中文摘要 | 本研究以全國大專院校學生為研究對象。經分層隨機抽樣的方式抽取41所大專院校1778名學生為樣本。以其在「大專學生求助需欲與求助態度量表上的反應,分析我國大專學生的求助概況、求助需欲、求助問題類型與求助態度的傾向。結果發現:(1) 曾經接受輔導、諮商或參與輔導活動者,僅佔全體樣本人數之11.7%~23.3%。並且發現女生向輔導中心求助的人數比男生多,五專學生求助人數又比大學生、三專學生多。(2) 當學生遭遇困擾時,比較喜歡向朋友、同學或家人求助,而喜歡向輔導老師求助者,僅佔樣本人數之1.8%的。並且發現女生比男生喜歡向朋友、同學或家人求助。(3) 樣本之求助需欲反應在四點量表上之平均等級為2.88。並且發現不同地區、學校類別、年級學生的求助需欲有顯著的差異。(4) 我國大專學生最希望在職業問題方面接受輔導,其次是學業問題,再其次是個人生活問題。(5)樣本之求助態度在四點量表上之平均等級為2.702,稍趨積極。不同地區、學校類別、性別、科系、年級學生之求助態度有顯著之差異。(6)有求助經驗者之求助態度比無求助經驗者積極。根據上述的研究發現,研究者建議大專院授應加強宜導學校輔導工作之性質與功能,並配合學生的輔導需要,採取積極主動的輔導方式,讓輔導工作落實於學生當中,促進學生對校園輔導工作的正確認識。 |
英文摘要 | Based on College Students of thls Country, a sample of 1778 students was drawn from 41 Colleges by Stratifìed Sampling. Helpseeking needs and Help-seeking attitude scales were administered to the sample to analyze the tendency of college students' situation, needs, problem types and attitude in help seeking. The results were as follows: (1) Students who have received help from counseling were only 11.7% to 23.3%. Help-seeking females were more in number than males. Help-seeking Junior College Students were more in number than College Students. (2) Students tended to seek help from friends, classmates and family members when encountering problems. There were only 1.8% students interested in seeklng help from school counselors. Females more tended to seek help from friends, classmates, or family members. (3) On the 4-point scale, the average rank of help-seeking needs was 2.88. In help-seeking needs was significant difference among various areas, school types and grades. (4) The first three items that made College Students seeks help in priority order were vacational problems, academic problems and personal problems. (5) On 4-point scale, the average rank of help-seeking attitude was 2.702. In help-seeking attitude, there was significant difference among various arcas, school types, sexes, departments and grades. (6) The attitude of those help-seekers was more active than that of non-help seekers. According to those finding, the researcher has some suggestions: (1) College should emphasize the nature and function of school guidance work. (2) To match students' needs, school counselors should adopt a more active counseling strategres. (3) Guidance work must be truly helpful to students 80 that students may have more accurate understanding of school guidance. |
