中文摘要 | 本文以文獻探討之研究方法申論溝通(communication)在計設管理(design communication)中之重要性,首先以設計可為企業策略,作為市場行銷之利器,降低生產成本與創新之工具等論點闡述設計所能發揮之力量,進而採用管理基本四大原則──計劃、組織、指導與控制等以檢視設計需要管理,而管理需要溝通之相關性。最後由設計程序之特質,溝通技巧之必要,設計與管理者之溝通障礎以及部門間之不良協調等問題點,加以說明設計溝通乃是設計管理中重要之一環,亦應為研究設計管理者所重視之範疇。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the theoretical perspective of communication to design management is discussed through the literature review. The power of design is described which including design as a strategy for business, design as a competitive weapon of marking, design as a cost-reducing method of production, and design as a crucial tool in innovation. General management principles, namely: planning, organizing, directing, and controlling, are adopted to examine the design needs to be managed and the management needs for communication. The importance of communication in design is illustrated through different viewpoints viz.: the nature of the design process, designer's communication skills, the communication problems between designers and managers, and poor communication between functional departments. Finally, the literature concerning communication and design management are reviewed to help the argument of communication as important to design management. |
