中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在了解大學生對大學教學的滿意程度與其學習成就的關係。經抽取418名大學生為對象,進行實際的調查與分析後,共得四項主要的發現:第一,大學生對大學教學的滿意程度與其實際的學業成績之高低無關;第二,大學生對大學教學的滿意程度與其自覺的自我與認知發展具有密切的關係;第三,大學生對大學教學的滿意程度與其對實際成績的滿意程度有關,此種關係表現於教學內容及考試與作業等項目;第四,大學生對大學教學的滿意程度與其自覺的努力與成績之符合情形,具有密切的關係,自覺二者相符者比自覺不符者對大學教學更為滿意。基於此種發現,本研究提出四項建議,即擴大學生學習領域、審慎評量學生成績、增加師生溝通機會以及繼續研究學生滿意問題等。藉以增進大學教育的成效,培育國家健全的英才。 |
英文摘要 | This study examined the relationship between students' satisfaction with college instruction and a variety of students' learning achievements. 418 students sampled from National Taiwan College of education were investigated in this study using questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that students' actual academic achievement was not significantly related to their satisfaction with college instruction. However, students' perceived intellectual and personal development. the consistencies between their efforts and actual academic achievements. and their satisfaction with actual academic achievements were significantly related to their satisfaction with college instruction. The educational implications of these findings concerning current university's decision-making were discussed. |
