中文摘要 | 聚合物的熱物性-包括熱導係數,比熱及熱脹係數的研究,在聚合物的加工過程及成品的設計方面具有很重要的地位,能助於我們對於聚合物「結構-性質」關係的了解,本研究探討聚丙烯-玻璃短纖複合材料(GFPP)的上述三項熱物性,溫度範圍為25-230℃。熱處理及偶合劑對於GFPP熱物性的影響也一併討論。 GFPP的熱導係數受下列各因素的影響:GF的配向性,溫度,PP的結晶度及GF的含量。GFPP的比熱可由DSC熱分析儀測得,發現可利用簡單的混合規則預測複材的比熱;當GF含量增加時,GFPP的比熱下降,溫度增高時,則其比熱亦增加。無論在固態或熔融態,GFPP的比容皆隨溫度呈線性增加,由此可計算得到熱脹係數,玻纖明顯降低了GFPP的比容及熱脹係數。 |
英文摘要 | Thermal physical properties of polymer, including thermal conductivity, specific heat and thermal expansion coefficient, are important for the design of end product, the relationship between structure are property and the simulation of processing of polymer materials. In this study, the three thermal physical properties of short glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (GFPP) were measured in the temperature range: 25-230℃. The influence of thermal pretreatment and coupling agent were also discussed. The thermal conductivity of GFPP was highly varied with the GF orientation, and changed with the factors as: temperature, degree of crystallinity and GF content. The specific heat of GFPP was measured with DSC instrument and found to follow the simple mix-rule well. It decreased with increasing the GF contents, but increased with increasing the temperature. The specific volumes of GFPP increased linearly with increasing the temperature in either solid state or molten state. From which the thermal expansion coefficients were calculated. Glass fiber would reduce the specific volume and thermal expansion coefficient of GFPP significantly. |
