中文摘要 | 本研究以106名少年輔育位學生為調查對象,分析其職業成熟、職業準備狀況及職業價值觀,探討學生性別、年齡、教育程度、入院前工作經驗、出院後之計劃、家長教育程度和家長職業水準等因素與職業成熟、職業準備狀況及職業價值觀之關係,並與254名一般中學生作比較。以生涯成熟態度問卷及自編職業準備狀況調查表為研究工具。 研究結果發現:(1) 輔育院學生因性別不同、工作經驗不同、出院後之計劃不同及家長教育程度不同,其職業成熟程度有顯著差異:女生比男生成熟、有工作經驗者比無工作經驗者成熟、計劃就學與就業者比尚未決定者成熟、家長教育程度最高者較成熟。(2)不同年齡階段之學生、不同教育程度之學生、家長職業水準不同之學生,職業成熟程度無顯著差異。(3) 輔育院學生與一般中學生之職業成熟程度無顯著差異,但輔育院女生比一位中學女生職業成熟度高。(4) 輔育院學生因年齡階段、工作經驗、出院後之計劃、家長教育程度之不同,其職業準備狀況有顯著差異。(5) 一般中學生則國中學生比高中(職)學生的職業準備狀況佳,男生比女生佳。(6) 輔育院學生職業準備狀況優於一般中學生。(7) 輔育院學生職業成熟程度較高者其職業準備狀況亦佳,職業準備狀況較佳者其職業成熟程度較高。(8) 輔育院男生與女生、一般中學男生與女生、輔育院學生與一般中學生,其職業價值觀均甚一致,對工作條件評價之等級相關均達.01顯著水準。研究者建議應強化哺育院的一般教育功能,增設職業有關課程,充實職業輔導工作,實施親職教育及重視少年犯職業輔導研究工作,以期輔育院感化教育之功能得以充分發揮,使輔育院學生離院後能充分就業或升學,謀求個人與國家社會的福祉。 |
英文摘要 | In Taiwan, recent researches had focused on the career maturity of nondelinquent youth and had left unknown to the delinquent youth led to this research. Career Maturity Inventory Attitude Scale and Occupational Preparation Status Questionnaire were administrated to 106 juvenile delinquents incarcerated in three reformatory schools to investigate their development of career maturity, status of occupational preparation and peception of job values, and to examine those relations with seven factors which were ages, sexes, education, work experience, future plan, fathers' education and fathers' occupation. Also, a comparison group of 254 non-delinquents drawing from one junior high school, one senior high school and one vocational high school was used in testing the differences between delinquents and non-delinquents. The analysis of data revealed as following: 1) Among delinquents, different sexes, work experiences, future plans and fathers' levels of education had significant differences in their development of career maturity, but not among ages, levels of education and fathers' levels of occupation. 2) There was no significant difference between delinquent and non-delinquents in their development of career maturity, but delinqent girls were found more mature than non-delinquents girls. 3) Among delinquents, different ages, work experiences, future plans and fathers' levels of education significantly differed in their occupational preparation. 4) Among non-delinquents in their occupational preparation, junior high school students were found better equiped than Senior high school students and vocational high school students, also boys were found better than girls in this respect. 5) Deliquents were found better than nondelinquent in their occupational preparation. 6) Arnong delinquents, the highest in their level of career rnaturity, the best in their occupational preparation, and also the best in their occupational preparation, the highest in their level of career rnaturity. 7) Delinquents were found sirnilar with non-delinquents in their perception of job values. They valued interest, security and abilities higher than others. Providing vocational exploration curriculurn, futhering services in vocational guidance, increasing parenting and advanceing researches in career developrnent and vocational guidance related to juvenile delinquents were suggested in this study. |
