英文摘要 | The reaction of ethylene oxychlorination to produce dichloroethane has been simulated by computer. The reaction mechanism and the kinetics proposed by Miyauchi et al. are used. The catalyst of cupric chloride will decay as a result of sublimation due to reactor hot spots. The catalyst decay model proposed by Ogunye et al. is modified and applied in this simulation. The results prove that the semi-empirical models of deactivation and reaction kinetics can predict the performance of fixed bed reactor adequately. The sensitivities of parameters such as: feed gas inlet temperature, feed gas flow rate, cooling fluid temperature and the catalyst dilution ratio have been discussed. |
