英文摘要 | The development of sideband in the vicinity of the (200)γ austenite is observed by X-ray diffraction in an Fe-AI-Mn-C alloy after being solution heat treated at 1323K for 1 hour and then waterquenched, which is coincident with the presence of the typical modulated structures perpendicular tothe operating g(020) vector in the TEM image. It is confirmed that after being solution treated thephase decomposition along the elastically soft <100> direction has occurred-This reaction is calledspinodal clustering. During aging at 673K-823K, spinodal decomposition can resume first, and periodic fluctuationlayers of carbon-enriched yc and carbon-depleted yo regions continue to decompose along the < 100 >. The composition of the carbon-enriched regions reaches a critical composition for ordering process,an in situ ordering reaction begins in them, and precipitates become ordered of L'l�� [(Fe, Mn)�蚊lCx ]structure. |
