中文摘要 | 本研究是以常溫吸附/高溫脫附配合氣相層析/質譜儀(GC/MS)的方法來探討豬場空氣中低濃度的臭味汚染物質,例如揮發性的有機酸、有機胺和有機硫化物等。採樣所用的吸附劑主要為Tenax TA材質,在經過安定化處理後,這種吸附材料配合上分流式(split mode)自然熱脫附進樣裝置,非常有效地降低了空氣中水分干擾物質鑑定的情形。由於此項技術對於未知揮發性或氣態物質之分析既迅速又精確。所以,本研究以這種方法分析了採自新鮮和腐敗豬糞尿之空氣樣品,以及豬場集糞槽、豬欄旁和豬舍門口不同環境中的空氣樣品,結果有超過一百種以上的揮發性有機物質被發現在這些樣品中,這些有機物質包括:硫化物、氮化物、酸類、酯類、醚類、醛類、酮類、醇類、酚類、苯環類和烷、烯類;而其中被選定之物質所測得的濃度則從0.73-1722.64μg/m³不等。同時,低濃度的硫化氫氣體也可在常溫下被所用的吸附劑補集測得。因此,這種以常溫吸附再高溫脫附的監測方法適用於探討這些擾人的臭味汚染物質。 |
英文摘要 | A normal temperature absorption and then thermal desorption tecnnique associated with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was employed to investigate the ambient level of piggery odorous pollutants, such as volatile organic acids, amines, and sulfides. The absorption material for collection of vapor and gas phase malodorous compounds was focused on Tenax TA. After stabilization treatment, this type of absorbent coupled with automatic thermodesorption operated at a split sample-introduction mode can effectively prevent moisture in the air from disturbing the identification of interesting compounds. Since this approach is a very time-effective and precise method for the detection of unknown odorous pollutants. It was applied to measure volatile compounds in fresh as well as rotten mixtures of feces and urine. The determination of ambient odorous pollutants emitted from different places of the pig house, especially at the feces' collection gutter, swine cage and front door, also conducted to elucidate the nature of malodor from piggery waste. The results showed that there were over onehundred volatile organic substances detected in these samples, including organic sulfides, nitrogen-containing (i.e. indole and skatole) compounds, phenols, ketones, acids, aldehydes, alcohols, aromatics, esters, ethers, alkanes and alkenes. The concentrations, of selected compounds found in the samples were widely ranging from 0.73 to 1722.64μg/m². Moreover, low-level hydrogen sulfide gases could also be collected with Tenax TA at room temperatue. Thus, the scheme employing normal temperature absorption and then thermal desorption is a useful method in the stud of odorous pollutants. |
