英文摘要 | Antidiuresis in response to small amounts of bleeding was studies in rats under Incatin anesthesia. With a progressive increase in the amount of bleeding, the minimum blood loss which produced antidiuretic effect was found to be 11% of the estimated total blood volume. Minor reduction of mean arterial blood pressure was also observed with this threshold amount of blood loss. However, no significant alteration in ruine flow was obtained at a comparable hypotension induced by intravenous injuection of phentolamine. These results suggest that antidiuresis occurring in small degree of hemorrhage was not due to a reduction of arterial blood pressure but was exerted by vasopressin release. |
