英文摘要 | A full factorial design and computer simulation were employed to investigate the effects of the fractions of acetonitrile and methanol and the concentration of phosphate buffer in the mobile phase on the retention and separation of nine cardiovascular drugs in an isocratic HPLC system. The fractions of acetonitrile and methanol in the mobile phase were found to be important for determination of the capacity factor of the model compounds by this design. Many good HPLC condition were found by extending the experimental domain of the three factors, but large differences between the measured and predicted retention times of the model compounds were observed under some conditions. |
