中文摘要 | 本研究在探討施用不同NH4+/NO3-百分比率(100/0、75/25、50/50、25/75、0/100) 肥料液對非洲菊生育的影響,經由砂耕及酸性紅壤盆栽試驗,發現提高銨態氮比率,會降低 栽培介質pH值及植株生長勢。施用50%、75%及100%銨態氮處理,砂耕培養液pH值由6.0 分別降至4.0、3.4及4.1,植株生長均不良,但其中只有100%銨態氮處理之植株枯萎死亡, 當施用100% NO3-時,介質pH值升高至7.1,引起植株缺乏Fe、Mn及Zn的生理障礙,而 NH4+/NO3-=25/75之處理,介質pH值可維持在6.0,植株生育最佳;在酸性紅壤盆栽中,施用 50%、75%及100%銨態氮處理,土壤分別由5.5降至4.4、4.7及4.9,而非洲菊生育最好之處 理為NH4+/NO3-=0/100,土壤pH值可略升為5.8;不同栽培介質適用之氮肥型態比率不同,顯示 酸鹼度的變化,為施用不同氮肥型態的主要影響因子之一。施用銨態氮,可增加非洲菊葉片 及根部氮、磷濃度,而降低鉀、鎂濃度的傾向。 |
英文摘要 | This study is attempted to evaluate the effects of different N-form of inorganic fertilizers on the plant growth and mineral nutrient uptake in gerbera. The combination of five NH4+/NO3- percentage ratios (100/0, 75/25, 50/50, 25/75, 0/100) were used. The pH of growing media was significantly decreased by increasing the proportion of NH4+. In the sandculture, the pH (it was 6.0 in the fresh nutrient solution) of the nutrient solution in the 50, 75 and 100% NH4+ treatments decreased to 4.0, 3.4 and 4.1, respectively, and increased to pH 7.1 in the NO3- treatment only which resulted in the deficiency of Fe, Mn and Zn in plant tissue. The pH of solution 25/75 treatment changed slightly, and the growth rate of plant was better than other treatments. The symptoms of ammonium toxicity was severe when NH4+ was the sole source of nitrogen. Ammonium nutrition tended to increase the concentration of N and P, and decrease the concentration of K and Mg in the shoot and root. In the acid red soil pot experiment, the plant growth and cut flowers yield (average 7.38 flowers/pot/month) were better with 100% NO3-treatment, and soil pH increased slightly to 5.8. High ammonium levels decreased soil pH by 0.6, 0.8 and 1.1 pH units with 50/50, 75/25 and 100/0 ratio of NH4+/NO3- treatment, respectively. The acidification of the soil resulted in higher availability of micronutrient with high level of ammonium and also increased the micronutrient concentration in gerbera plant tissue. |
