中文摘要 | 門窗為建築物之必要設施,然因未予以規格化,致無法以大量生產方式 供應市場所需,徒增建築成本。另因天然生之木材在供應上日益匱乏,實有必要 利用人工林所生產之中小徑木供應所需。本研究之目的在於(一)調查市面上現有 之門窗框尺寸,將之整理分析以建立可能之門窗框用材的尺寸,(二)利用造林木 製造單板積層材作為門窗框之用材。調查研究顯示目前所使用之門窗框尺寸變化 相當大,但較現代之民宅及學校建築之門窗框尺寸則變化有較小的趨勢。建築門 窗框用材宜為長150mm,寬5mm,厚5mm之倍數,以增加材料之有效利用。造林 木積層材可提高木材之利用率,其強度及彈性性質符合門窗框所需。 |
英文摘要 | Door and window are the necessity for buildings. However, because of thedifferent designs and considerations, door and window are always custom-madefor a specific building. Due to the rise of the labor cost, it is necessary tostandardize the lumber size used for making door and window frames. On theother hand, the lumber supply coming from natural-grown trees has been muchreduced. The lumber with lower quality from the plantation trees should sharethe need of lumber. The objectives of this study are (1) to investigate thedoor and window frame sizes, and then induce some possible standard sizes,and (2) to implore the feasibility of utilizing laminated veneer lumber madefrom small-diameter plantation trees as door and window frame material. From the investigation of th door and window frame sizes, it is foundthat the frame size has covered a relatively large range. However, the newlybuilt houses and school buildings use more regular frame sizes. From the datacollected, it is suggested to use the 150x5x5 mm lumber as the frame size interval. The strength and elastic property of laminated veneer lumber madefrom small-diameter China-fir and Taiwania are found suitable for door andwindow frames. |
