中文摘要 | 過去在複雜案例的標的設定理論的研究上,雖然曾有學者探討過挑戰性相對於模 糊標的的效果,但是較少對於動態複雜性案例加以研究,對於動態複雜案例中長短期標的設 定的效果之研究更是少見。因此本研究選取挑戰性相對於模糊標的設定以及長期相對於短期 標的設定為研究變項,以實驗室實驗的方法探討兩構面對於動態決策行為與績效的影響。分 析結果顯示,短期標的在提升策略正確性與績效上優於長期標的,挑戰性標的則未優於模糊 標的,且其效果無時間落後的現象。關於績效的影響因素,因徑分析的結果顯示,策略的正 確性在四局中都有最強的直接效果,自我效能評估水準透過直接與間接影響策略正確性來影 響績效,投入時間對績效有直接影響,也間接透過策略正確性影響績效,使用分析的認知策 略則是透過策略正確性間接影響績效,自我標的設定的效果則被其他媒介因素所完全中介。 |
英文摘要 | The effects of challenging versus vague goals and short-term versus long-term goals were examined with a dynamically complex decision task. Results indicated that challenging goal did not outperform vague goal. Subjects who were assigned with short-term goal made more effort, exercise with more analytical cognitive mode, and had higher self-efficacy and consequently attained better performance than who assigned with long-term goal. Furthermore, the results of path analysis indicated that task strategy was the major determinant of performance as had showed in previous studies. Self-efficacy and decision time affected perfomance through competence of task strategy. The impact of self-set goal on performance was fully mediated by other mediators. |
