中文摘要 | 利用熱分析包括熱重量變化分析( TG )、示表溫分析( DTA )和示差熱分析( DSC )等三種分析方法之特點,僅需少量毫克數樣品,在一小時左右,可測出原油及其重油 餾份之遇熱變化特性。 其中發現在 370-390 ℃間,TG 呈減重持平,DTA 呈溫度驟升,DSC 呈放熱反應等三種特性,相當油料結焦現象產生,故定為結焦溫度。另利用對照試驗,探討 在該結焦溫度之油料組成變化,顯示 1-2 環芳香烴含量遞減,而 3 環以上芳香烴含量增加 之縮合反應現象。本研究已被煉油廠採用,供作重油真空蒸餾設定其加熱爐最適操作溫度之 參考, 避免結焦,以提高真空製氣油( VGO ),產率和製備符合針入度為 85-100 柏油規 範等目標,獲得成效。 |
英文摘要 | The coking temperature of the crude oil and its heavy part can be easily detected by thermal analysis including TG、 DTA and DSC. There are three kinds of thermal hehavior during heating such as no weight loss, temperature rise and exothermic phenomena at the temperature of 370 ℃ to 390 ℃. The above phenomena is similar to the coking reaction and being considered as the coking temperature of the crude oil. A corresponding test is further performed to trace the composition change for 1 to 3 ring aromatics. It shows that at the coking temperature the content of 1-2 ring aromatics decreases and 3 ring aromatics increases. This is similar to aromatic condenstation reaction. The above results are used to improve the yield of VGO and control the penetration point of vacuum residue for asphat during processing of reduced crude. |
