| 英文摘要 | Purpose of the Study: The purpose of this study was to investigate the lived experience of women who take care of their family with terminal cancer. Method of the Study: This was a qualitative study. It adopted the phenomenological research design, and the place to investigate was a regional teaching hospital in Taipei. The main condition of receiving cases was that the family members of female caregivers were those who had accepted and signed the consent form for hospice palliative care at the end of cancer. A total of 14 research subjects accepted semi-structured one-on-one in-depth interviews. The interview contents were analyzed and presented by colaizzi's analysis method. Result of the Study: The study found that the lived experiences of female caregivers of patients with terminal cancer are 1. life is impermanent and the world is full of changes; 2. suffering is the truth of life and being suffered is the nature of beings; and 3. it is important to incarnate towards death and realize the true meaning of letting go and fulfillment in life. Conclusions and suggestions: This study can help us deeply understand the lived experiences of female caregivers of terminal cancer patients and the difficulties and needs faced by female caregivers, not only suffering from inner pain, but also a baptism of life. Through this understanding and insight, it is hoped that medical staff can be provided with reference in caring for female caregivers of terminal cancer patients, to help them when taking care of such family members and to support that is more in line with the needs of family members. Helping the family support the patient and making the hospice palliative care provide holistic care for terminal cancer patients can be fully implemented to achieve a real good death. |
