| 中文摘要 | 地震力分散裝置(或稱動態鎖定裝置)是一種類似速度開關的設備,與速度型阻尼器構造相似,當結構運動 到某一速度時,裝置會啟動鎖定機制,限制兩連接點間的位移,且允許低速自由變形;地震力量分散設置於橋梁 上下構之間,在地震時,使其形成剛性連接,產生鎖定效果,使得大梁之慣性力得以分散至各橋墩,因而增強橋 梁整體的抗震能力,也降低落橋的風險;在常時狀態,裝置也可減少列車、風力等帶來的各構件可能之運動或碰撞; 此外,上部結構之潛變、乾縮、溫差造成額外作用力因為允許活動而不會傳至橋墩增加額外內力,也因為不改變 橋梁結構系統,不影響橋軌互制之機制。 近年來地震力量分散裝置廣泛使用於鐵路橋梁,結構補強技術也越趨成熟;然而,裝置是否真正發揮效用一 直是重要的課題。同時,目前部分橋梁所裝設之裝置已近使用年限,更應確保裝置正常作用。本文探討利用物聯 網概念所開發之外嵌式智慧效能監測裝置系統,可即時監測裝置狀態,同時記錄當事件發生時裝置出力情形以及 結構動態行為,再透過網際網路,監測資訊能即時回傳記錄於資料庫,利用監測回饋數據作為後續結構安全評估 之依據,作為維管單位後續處置之依據。 |
| 英文摘要 | Lock-up devices (LUDs) share a technological foundation with fluid dampers but operate differently. Unlike fluid dampers, LUDs do not dissipate energy. Instead, they serve as connectors between separate structural units. Their key feature is the ability to transmit short-term impact forces between connected structures while allowing long-term relative movements. LUDs are commonly used to protect structures against earthquakes and are a cost-effective solution for seismic retrofitting. LUDs have been widely adopted in bridge engineering recently. However, effectively verifying their performance remains a challenge. The operational lifespan of devices depends on different factors such as the durability of sealing components, the aging of silicone oil, or the corrosion of metal parts, etc. By employing a smart efficiency monitoring system, the dynamic behavior of LUDs can be recorded. This data is transmitted to the cloud in real-time via the internet and stored in a secure database. The collected information enables accurate assessments of structural safety and device performance. |
