中文摘要 | 為因應現代化農業及穩定農地重劃區灌溉水源之需求,且考量氣候變遷影響,農地兼具蓄 水、滯洪遞延等功能,爰農地重劃區設置以灌溉需求為主之貯蓄水設施有其必要性。本研究考 量農地重劃區地形、地勢及資源等條件特性,針對水田及旱田重劃區特性建立貯蓄水設施規劃 設計原則,並檢討以經費負擔、灌溉需求及設施容量三者平衡為目標。研究結果顯示,水田與 旱田重劃區之設施容量規模應在不超過經費負擔 30%範圍內設定,水田重劃區內貯蓄水設施合 理容量應為灌區內水量比例之 1%至 3%;旱田類型則為 3%至 10%。希冀此研究成果可作為後 續農地重劃規劃設計作業之參考依據。 |
英文摘要 | To meet the needs of modern agriculture, stabilize irrigation water sources in farmland readjustment areas, and account for the impacts of climate change, it is essential for farmland to serve multiple functions, such as water storage, flood detention, and delayed drainage. Therefore, establishing water storage facilities focused on irrigation demands in farmland readjustment areas has become increasingly necessary. This study considers the topography, terrain, and resource conditions of farmland readjustment areas to develop design principles for water storage facilities tailored to the characteristics of paddy fields and dry farmland readjustment areas. The goal is to achieve a balance among budget constraints, irrigation needs, and facility capacity. The findings indicate that the facility capacity in paddy and dry farmland readjustment areas should be set within 30% of the budget limit. Specifically, the optimal capacity for water storage facilities in paddy field readjustment areas should range from 1% to 3% of the total irrigation water demand, while for dry farmland areas, it should range from 3% to 10%. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide a reference for future planning and design in farmland readjustment projects. |
