中文摘要 | “移動互聯網”時代已經深深地影響著人們的食、衣、住、行、育樂等等生活習慣,一日之所需百工斯為備,面對消費者習慣的改變,商家亦須接地氣的向移動互聯網靠攏,迎向時代巨輪的浪尖才能立於不敗之地,所謂好酒也怕巷子深,運用移動互聯網運行快捷簡便的特點,將優質產品顯示在消費者眼前,與消費者直接互動。移動互聯網所帶動的經濟發展和人們生活節奏的加快,餐飲外送行業於是就應運而生,並且很快受到大眾喜愛,特別是年輕人的歡迎。智慧型手機的普及;提供了餐飲外送平台發展的穩定支撐。人手一機的移動互聯網時代,只要下載餐飲外送app,就能夠顯示各種商家餐點特色、服務品質、優惠方案,並享受線上支付和配送服務。餐飲外送如雨後春筍一般,正在以勢不可擋的形勢蓬勃發展,且悄然改變著餐飲行業形勢以及民眾的生活。此次調查主要為解決商家和企業在餐飲外送平台發展過程中的諸多問題;如何更好的取得消費者的需求?如何完善菜單展示內容?如何提高配送效率?並能獲取消費者持續青睞。本研究應用UTAUT2模型來探究消費者使用餐飲外送app,影響其持續使用的關鍵因素,本研究以回收之331份有效問卷,利用SmartPLS3系統分析法進行結構方程模式分析,結果表示在努力期望、便利條件、習慣都對持續使用意向有正向的影響,績效期望、享樂動機、社會影響及價格價值則無顯著影響,在此基礎上,提出了餐飲外送app市場行銷策略,期使平台業者及商家得以進一步瞭解消費者的需求。 |
英文摘要 | The era of "mobile Internet" has deeply affected people's living habits such as food, clothing, housing, transportation, and entertainment. Our daily needs require cooperation from all walks of life. In the face of changing consumer habits, businesses need to keep up with the pace of the mobile Internet to avoid falling behind. Good wine is also afraid of deep alleys. High-quality products need fast and simple mobile Internet to appear in front of consumers and interact directly with consumers. The mobile Internet has driven economic development and accelerated the pace of people's lives, so the food delivery industry was born. And, it was quickly loved by the public, especially young people. The popularity of smartphones has provided stable support for the development of catering delivery platforms. In the era of mobile Internet where everyone has one machine, as long as you download the catering delivery app, you can find information about various merchants, including meal features, service quality, preferential plans, etc., and enjoy online payment and delivery services. Food delivery is booming and quietly changing the catering industry and people's lives. This research is mainly to solve many problems arising from the development of catering delivery platforms by enterprises: how to better obtain the needs of consumers? How to improve the menu display content? How to improve delivery efficiency? And won the continued favor of consumers. |
