中文摘要 | 「道釋教育」一直是現代國家學校育的重要一環,旨在透過教育的力量,培育國 民健全完滿的人格、養成個人辨別和判斷是非的能力,以建立一和諧互助的國家及社會。一 般而言,國民小學的道德教育是培養是個人發展良好道德態度與行為的基礎階段,而藉由道 德教育課程的實施,可教人如作明確的道德判斷,並能以有效的行為去實踐道德的規範。我 國在現行(八十二年版)「國民小學課程標準總綱」中明載以「生活教育及品德教育為中 心,培養德、智、體、群、美五育均衡發展之活潑兒童與健全國民為目的」,以此教育目標 作為制定教育課程目標及內容的基本方針。在教育理念上,我國因為國情不同,在修訂道德 課程目標及內容的基本方針。在教育理念上,我國因為國情不同,在修訂道德課程目標及內 容時,會以鄰近國家「日本」為參考對象。本文的目的,即以比較研究的方法,參考諸多相 關文獻,先對中日兩國的道德課程的發展作初略的探討,再對目前我國八十二年版(1993) 的「道德課程標準」及日本最近(1998)通過教育課程審議會的改訂而發布的「小學指導要 領」中的「道德編」作為比較的對象,進而瞭解兩國現行道德教育課程的目標及內容之特徵 與異同,作為日後我國在修訂道德課程及改進道德教育實施方針的參酌之用。 |
英文摘要 | Moral education has been an important concern for modern school education, the purpose is to cultivate citizen's sound character, capability to distinguish and judge virtue, so as to build a harmonious society and country. Generally speaking, elementary moral education is the fundamental stage to develop individual's honorable moral attitude and behavior. By means of receiving moral education curriculum, people can learn how to make up moral judgement and effectively carry out wirtue. Taiwan's present (1993) "Elementary school curriculum standard" has announced that "the purpose of education is based on life education and virtue education, and to cultivate and develop children and citizens' virtue, wisdom, gymnastics, group, and esthetics," which makes up the purpose and content of educational curriculum. Because of the similar educational belief, Taiwan would take Japanese education for reference to change the purpose and content of moral curriculum. In the way of comparative study, the article takes certain associated literature, firstly explores the development of moral curriculum of Taiwan and Japan, then compares the present Taiwan (1993) and Japanese (1998) "moral curriculum standard", for further understanding the characteristics and differences of their educational purposes and contents, so that can be the reference to develop our moral curriculum and moral education. |
